Verifying Your slo12 Account Identity
Identity verification is how we keep your account and your balance protected. We use it to confirm you're the person who opened the account — which also means nobody else can request a withdrawal on your behalf. The process runs inside your slo12 account dashboard; you'll upload a government-issued photo ID and a document that confirms your address, like a utility bill
or bank statement. Most submissions move through review without any back-and-forth. Completing verification once covers you for all future deposits and withdrawals — you won't be asked again.
- Open account settings and find Verification — Log in, go to your account menu, and select Identity Verification. The checklist shows exactly what's outstanding.
- Upload a government-issued photo ID — A driver's license or US passport works. The image needs to be clear and unobstructed — blurry uploads slow the review.
- Submit a proof-of-address document — A recent bank statement, utility bill, or similar document dated within the past 90 days. Your name and address must be visible.
- Wait for the review confirmation — We'll send a notification when verification clears. Once it does, withdrawals and higher deposit thresholds are unlocked on your account.
